We have a limited amount of 100% grass fed beef cuts available for sale. We raise a herd of cattle that are a heritage breed with genetics only meant to eat grass. No grain! We don't vaccinate or use unnecessary antibiotics. We raise premium beef for those that want to know where there food comes from. As it should be.

Our garden is a U-Pick experience. If you are needing a special arrangement, please message me. I am happy to put together a custom arrangement with what I have growing in the garden.

We are members of Georgia Grown and we take pride in supporting other local farmers.

Just a gardener sharing my love of flowers
My hands have been in the dirt since I was a little girl. Along side my mother, growing vegetables or planting inpatients around the birch trees. Our picket fence on West Cedar Street in Norfolk, Ma always had beautiful flowers growing alongside it.There's a little magic that has to happen to take a tiny seed and turn it into a gorgeous flower. Gods Magic for sure. The trick is knowing what to grow and how much of it!Seeds and more seeds. I found myself growing an abundance of flowers for myself and realized I needed to share them with those around me. It started with work friends and then grew to growing for the community.A U-Pick idea was born. Not just any U-Pick, but a garden you can come to on your own time. Hours are Dawn to Dusk and on your honor. When you open the gate to the garden, its all yours for the picking.I grow naturally. No chemicals, only organic materials. Weeds are a constant nuisance and a daily struggle. I'm always working on a different technique to keep them at bay.All are welcome to stroll through the garden, just not your pets. Garden clubs are welcome, avid gardeners, children, grandparents and those with black thumbs. The farm stand at the road can take your payment. You can also find buckets and scissors there too.Follow along the page for fun events in the garden through out the season!
When my husband was asked what he pictured his American Dream to be was, his answer was to have some land, maybe a farm and produce grass fed beef. When he retired after serving our country for 24 years in the ARMY, that's exactly what he did with me at his side. We are beginner ranchers, you could call us 'rookies' if you'd like.
Its important to us to know where our food comes from. Now adays its easy to buy premade meals and throw something quick together. Our health is declining across the world and it makes sense to produce something if you have the means.
We purchased a 67 acre parcel of land in Gibson, Georgia. We chose the British White Park as our breed and the herd started out with 2 bred heifers, 3 open heifers and a bull. My husband researched them extensively and determined we wanted a cow that could sustain the heat of the Georgia summers, tolerate the unpredictable winters, ease of calving and a grass fed genetics. They certainly checked our boxes. We chose a medium framed cow with hardy genetics that require very little inputs other than good quality grass. The breed we raise is considered at risk still which is why a strong foundation of good husbandry and quality breeding is important. This breed was only introduced to America during WWII to preserve the herd origins in Europe.Everyday is a new day here on the ranch. The cows keep it real. New experiences, clever engineering and a never ending pocket of patience is a daily thing. We are humble, make mistakes and try to do the right thing the first time.
We are first generation farmers. My husband is a veteran and I am a nurse. We put one foot in front of the other everyday, we try to give back to our community, love animals immensely and are proud to call ourselves Christians.
